CSR/sustainability internship

Looking to kick-start your career in sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) with a focus on digital communications and an international outlook? Lundquist (www.lundquist.it)) is offering a paid internship in its CSR / sustainability team with a particular focus on research into sustainability and digital communications. If successful, you will be considered for a junior consultant role in 2016. The main tasks will involve supporting Lundquist in the 7th edition of the CSR Online Awards, an internationally recognised research project assessing the communication of corporate social responsibility and sustainability on digital channels such as corporate websites and social media accounts. Other activities will include supporting Lundquist in its consultancy activities – both in CSR-related projects and other aspects of corporate communications – and organising events (seminars, conferences). Please note that this full-time position is based in Milan. We require full professional proficiency in both English and Italian.
Skills & requirements:
• Degree or masters in a relevant discipline (e.g. business/economics, communications, etc.), preferably with specialisation in CSR/sustainability
• Keen and demonstrated interest in both online communications and CSR/sustainability; familiarity with sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement practices and international guidelines such as the Global Reporting Initiative
• Relevant work experience, preferably in corporate communications, CSR or consulting
• Excellent written and spoken English (full professional proficiency required) plus professional competence in written and spoken Italian (in the case of non-Italian candidates)
• Excellent written and presentational skills
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Fast learner and highly motivated
